Orientation will often be your longest appointment, anticipate up to 3 hours. We will review your in-take form and discuss your goals. Following is your first hypnotherapy session, what I call a debugging which will create a foundation for further sessions.
Additional appointments are by the session which is typically up to 2 hours.
